These pics are from a Turbo Buick Car show in Phoenixville, PA on August 15th, 1999. It was hosted by “The Source”, which was a Turbo Buick Newsletter then. I believe the organizers name may have been Dan Riegel (how ironic) but I’m not 100% sure.
Oddly enough, the page for the newsletter is STILL ONLINE, despite the newsletter being gone for nearly a decade. Check it out:
